Can't connect to FTP

I just activated Mini Hosting and plugged the proper info into my FTP program but it just keeps coming back with:

Connected to ftp.sonic.net, waiting for response...

Anyone else have this problem? How to fix?

Now it works. Maybe it takes a little time after activating for this to work.
