Fax stuck in out queue?

Has been about 2 hours now and the fax status is remaining at:
in out-queue successfully converted
Any ideas?

The queue management technique that the outbound faxing system uses to is naive and has been on the list of things to fix up. Right now, new jobs can get blocked behind old jobs that have already failed. I shuffled things around by hand so the jobs that were held up made it through.

I've just deployed a new outbound fax queue management system that should prevent this kind of backlog from happening again.
