When I try to download a .zip file (a gallery of photos) from SmugMug, I repeatedly get a "FAIL-network error" and the file stops downloading after stalling at about 5%. These are large .zip files (2 - 4 GB). I do not have any trouble downloading individual .jpgs from Smugmug or very large non-zip files from other sites (NASA). The problem occurs in any browser, on any platform (Windows or Apple), wired or wireless connection. However, if I take my laptop to a coffeeshop, and log on to the wifi there, the file downloads without problem and does so quickly. I have a Zyxel bonded DSL modem running the appropriate firmware version according to the Sonic wiki.
