Kinda lame... gotta wait a whole weekend for a process that should really be automated.

Being told that I've gotta wait until Monday for a ticket to be completed (MX Handling) is pretty lame. In this day and age, this should be automated and should have been done while on the phone, or better yet without even having to make a phone call. I understand this is a small company; but, so are all the smaller tech start ups and they've already got almost everything automated!

BTW, the tech that was helping me on the phone did a great job explaining everything. Just complaining about the length of time, definitely not the quality of service! Thanks

Standard hosting (which includes domain email) is completely automated. MX handling is a special case since the only thing being done is setting up your domain in our email cluster. Being an ISP is our main focus and hosting is something we've offered for a long, long time but is not our main line of business; especially email only hosting.

Small misconfigurations could break things and adding a domain to MX handling that shouldn't be could cause mail from us to be incorrectly routed. These and other reasons are part of why only system administrators can configure MX handling. My 2 cents, sorry the wait until Monday was a bummer!
