Being told that I've gotta wait until Monday for a ticket to be completed (MX Handling) is pretty lame. In this day and age, this should be automated and should have been done while on the phone, or better yet without even having to make a phone call. I understand this is a small company; but, so are all the smaller tech start ups and they've already got almost everything automated!
BTW, the tech that was helping me on the phone did a great job explaining everything. Just complaining about the length of time, definitely not the quality of service! Thanks
