Its harder than I thought - switching to Sonic...

I know this is a rant but if any of the powers that be at Sonic read this, please help!

I took a few days to decide to switch to Sonic but I found out on Friday it would take 2 - 3 weeks to switch! from ATT Uverse to Sonic in Oakland. Go figure. If I don't want to pay next month's ATT's outrageous bill my only other choice is even worse, you guessed it? Comcast. It would be like getting out of my car after a road accident and being hit by an oncoming truck; I can see it coming but there's nothing I can do.

Hi Gary, sorry to hear about the trouble you are having! Unfortunately, our Fusion FTTN does take approximately 2 weeks to set up. Once you get your installation date, however, give us a quick call and we can see what we can do about getting it moved up for you. Hope this helps!
