Just took the speed test because our service is slow up here in Humboldt County. Download was 1.27 and upload was .32. We appreciate Sonic's great support but could sure use some faster service. Any change of upgrading our area? Thanks!

Have you checked with sales/support/qualification tool? We're in Eureka and have been able to upgrade from ADSL at 2.5 down/.5 up to FTTN, which gives us consistently around 15 down and almost 1 up. It's no 10 Gbps like those lucky stiffs in Vermont ( http://www.dslreports.com/shownews/Verm ... nth-134080 ), but it's a huge improvement over what we had before--at half the price--and we don't have to deal with Suddenlink, who can barely deliver TV to us.
