I'd rather not have a script to sharethis.com on my graymail page. Or adroll.com at the login prompt.

Respectfully, I'm really disappointed with the new dotcom, all the script links to ad sites, etc.. I did see it coming long ago when support announced merging the sales and tech teams, the classic approach from business consultants. Resistance to GOOG really is futile, haha. Oh well.

Thank you for holding out as long as you did. Cheers.

Noscript/Script Safe to mitigate.

Odd. I see no ads anywhere using Seamonkey (FF sibling) and IE. Sharethis and adroll are in the source code for the pages. Maybe since I'm in an LTR with Sonic I'm spared the ads.

Adroll is a retargetting service we use. When people visit our home page, then later are elsewhere on the web, they display Sonic ads to them in hopes they'll sign up.

Ah ha! So that's why I keep seeing Sonic ads in places that have no business advertising Sonic. Of course it's wasted money for us; we've been with Sonic for nearly 20 years and have no intention of going over to the Dark Side.

Ok, you're LTR is longer than mine, but I regularly see Sonic.net trucks driving around town.

Sonic can save itself some money by dropping that script for any traffic from a sonic customer IP.
Those people are not hot prospects, unless you advertise X2 or modem rentals with pillows or something.
