e-mail for Personal hosting

I looked through the forums, but am still a bit confused on setting up e-mails for a wordpress site I have through Personal hosting. I didn't want to use my regular sonic.net account(since it has my name in it). Does anyone have a guide or similar for setting up an e-mail linked to a website?

Your account should include additional mailboxes bedsides your primary address (look in Member Tools). Or, you could always get a free account from one of the many providers.
