Can I get a fax line or not?

Sorry, but it says you can get one but when I log in for my email user name it says I cant!

All primary accounts with an access product like Fusion, DSL or even Dialup, are entitled to one free FaxLine service and can add additional lines for a monthly fee. Mailbox (email only) accounts may not add a FaxLine service. However, the primary account holder could add a FaxLine service and set the delivery target to a mailbox account's email address.
