EMail Bounce Back due to "mysterious" DNS Removal from Accou

I have been without email since Saturday, which I did not realize since I did receive an email from you. Please provide explanation for this as it has caused problems for my business!
I look forward to your prompt response.
Juan in Support was very helpful, but this has caused a lot of problems for me, especially for a busy Monday morning! I am in the middle of a big deal and I pray this has not caused problems for that!
