I am getting only 60Mbs/50Mbs instead of 400Mbs/350Mbs (typical).

Any clue? I have rebooted modem and router.

Thanks, Paolo

Hey Paolo,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow speeds. I looked at your account, and from what I can see, the signal to the ONT (Fiber modem) looks fine. Unfortunately, since you're using your own router, I can't check anything past the ONT to see what speeds are reaching the router.

Are you experiencing slow speeds across multiple devices or have you only tested on one device? If you've only ran a speedtest on one device, I would try checking other devices to see if the speeds are slow on all your devices. If it is just slow on one device, then I'd recommend rebooting that device to see if that helps. If it's slow on all devices, I would try bypassing your router and connecting a device via Ethernet directly into the ONT (if possible), to rule out your router being the issue. If you are unable to test via Ethernet directly to the ONT, then we can try sending you one of our rental Eeros and waive the rental fee for the month as a troubleshooting period. This is just so we can get more visibility on the network and see what speeds are reaching the router.

If all else fails and we're only seeing 100mbps hitting the Eero or your device directly connected to the ONT via Ethernet, we can try sending out a technician to take a look at things.

I hope this helps and Happy Holidays!

Kind regards,
Brandon C.
