My internet never came back after the maintenance.

I unplugged the modem and router to force a power cycle and it hasn’t worked.

I'm sorry that there was an outage after the planned maintenance. We received report that the outage has been cleared. I know you already did it earlier this morning, but if you're still offline, then rebooting the router and modem should restore your service now.
