Referral page not working?

Is there an issue with referrals? Using the referral link, after you input the address to check availability, it loads a 404 message. Using the regular, non-referral availability button it works fine and let's you sign up as normal.

Same thing happened to me; I wasn’t able to get a referral because the page 404’d.
