Thank you for your post about the outage you experienced. We're sorry for the issues and for starting off on the wrong foot with us.
This outage was not due to infrastructure or equipment failure, so it is improbable to occur again.
The sole cause of this was a configuration issue on the backend that prompted leases with a bad gateway address and changes to the DHCP pools. The issue is well understood and has been addressed, and no further trouble is expected.
Should any further issues be encountered, a reboot of the equipment should resolve these.
