The new two-step verification request is extremely inconvenient for me. When I tried to log onto my website at the library (where I use their printer), I was prompted to give a verification code using my cell phone, which I didn’t have. The problem is I almost never take my emergency cell phone out of the house with me. My hope is that you can provide an opt out option for this extra security step as this security measure is not necessary for many people, including myself.

Hello!

Sadly, there is no opt-out option for our MFA. These security steps are required to ensure that customer's information is safe from any type of hacking attempt. There should be a 30-day remember me option when sign-in. I am sorry for the inconvenience that this is causing you.

Best Wishes!
