Rude men working in support

What is up with the rude men working support and antagonizing template emails being sent to customers? I answered a survey, the Jeff guy responded like a warden, is this internet service a serious business or a being run by misogynist clowns?

Don't send out surveys if you don't want feedback! and most certain don't send stupid emails when you don't like the feedback

I'm sorry the response to your survey came across as rude. Jeff explained that other service providers in the area offer a more expensive service compared to what we offer and that if you were able to shop around, you'd see rates are pretty high with any company. I can understand how this came across as insensitive, but it was not coming from a place of malice.
