Portfowarding (virtual servers) for smartRG SR515AC

I am trying to port forward to 25565 for a Minecraft server. The port remains closed for my router after I check on a portcheck website. Any suggestions why this might be?

I'm sorry to hear about your port forwarding issue. While I do want to fix this issue, I would like to suggest upgrading your current router to our Eero mesh network. This would only be a 50c increase to your monthly bill but vastly increase your Wi-Fi connection in your house. You can also add port forwarding to them!

Hello!

I looked more into why ports are not being added, but I will need more information before I can do much more testing. Can you provide me with the IP address / Device being used to host the Minecraft world in a private message? Also, it does seem that a common issue might be with the Windows Firewall also blocking apps. I would double-check that as well.
