As many of you have pointed out, Sonic is doing a poor job on announcing price increases by sneaking in a tiny 1 liner on the account home page IF you happen to log in and might see it. A simple heads-up email notification would have sufficed but they chose to go with the ill will approach. Do better, Sonic.
That said, I was barely done with 1 year and got hit with a $10 increase in the basic fiber plan on Sonic owned fiber in San Jose (not piggybacking off AT&T), oddly I was not forced to have a useless bundled phone plan like many others. My question for all of you who has been on the same Sonic basic fiber for longer, how many times have your rate been raised and what is your current rate?
