I was planning to leave for vacation tomorrow morning, but our Internet suddenly went out, and the fiber LED on the box isn't shining. I contacted customer service to reconnect it, but their attempt didn't work. I suspect it's just a faulty cable, which should be an easy fix, but unfortunately, I don't have any places nearby that sell the necessary wires. All I really want is for my wife and me to have a happy vacation for her birthday. The soonest time window for assistance is tomorrow morning from 10 to 2pm, but I'll be leaving around 11 to 12. Is there any way to speed up this process?

Next day dispatches are almost always available for customers who have no signal however same day dispatches are usually only possible if they are requested early in the morning or if we have a cancellation.
