I have a new install scheduled soon for a S Van Ness and 20th location in the Mission. Any way to know if there’s a chance of getting 10G as a new install or is it not available in this neighborhood yet?

I'm happy to hear you're excited to get installed with our service! I checked your account and you are signed up for our 1gbps Fusion Fiber service. 10gbps Fiber isn't available for your address yet, but we will notify you via email when the announcement is made for your neighborhood.

I hope we can bring our 10gbps Fiber to your neighborhood in the near future.
