No Sonic Internet Service Available a Couple of Houses Down?

Hello,

I am moving to a new address and when I check the availability tool it says Sonic Internet is not available. But when I check an address from 3 buildings over internet is available.

Is there a reason it is not available for the new address? I really don't want to have to get Comcast.

Hello thank you for your interest in our service. We are currently only able to provide our service to folks using aerial drops from neighboring poles. Some folks have underground utilities so we're not able to provide them service. In some cities, we are forbidden to run aerial lines across the street. This often times means we have customers all down one street but just across the street there are folks that can't have our service. We do work with the city or county to try and get this done but ultimately we're not able to deliver our service everywhere we would like due to some restrictions placed on us. Hopefully we'll be able to service your address soon. Thank you for your patience while we work on this. Take care.
