I've been excitedly pre-ordered for fiber here on Lee Street for a while. I missed my construction monthly update email, but a friend nearby got his. When I re-checked my availability online, I got this message:
Did something happen with construction? Am I off the list now?
Got some helpful info from the engineering team via sales/support. Apparently there was a denial in permitting to run fiber on the poles to my location. Probably because the poles need to be updated? (I’m far from an expert in this, but that seems plausible in this neighborhood).
Does anyone have experience dealing with CPUC to get poles updated?
