Service to Upper Rockridge area in Oakland

I was a Sonic.net customer in San Francisco after years of frustrating and subpar service with ATT. Now I have moved to the Upper Rockridge area of Oakland and am too far from your switch (10,000 feet) to receive reasonable internet speed (about 4 Mbps). So I am back with ATT and more frustrations. Please, please expand your service in this area!
