It seems that a fax I tried to send is listed as in-queue for quite a while. Is there any way to cancel and retry or check the status of the queue to see if it's stuck?

Yep, it is stuck - I'm going to remove it from the queue. This is probably due to a pdf that is at least partially corrupt. What software did you use to create the pdf? Does it open in acrobat okay? Would it be okay to share it with a third party (It appears to have triggered a bug in one of the tools that I'm using and I'd need to share the pdf that causes the problem with the developers when reporting the bug.)

It was a PDF modified in Preview on OS X lion. You should be able to reproduce the issue by downloading any PDF that's a form, filling parts of the form in, inserting a signature using the annotations feature, and then using the Print > Save as PDF flow in OS X to save the completed PDF.
Also, I got a confirmation email saying that the fax was successful- I assume this is a mistake and was just sent out as you cleared it from the queue, correct?

Actually, what I missed the first time I look at this was that your fax was stuck behind another corrupt PDF and that besides being delayed, nothing was wrong with your fax. Monitoring for stuck queues like this is on the list of things to fix. (As well as de-serializing conversion.)
