How secure is the Fusion app?

How secure is the Fusion app? Is all communication between the app and the web server encrypted? If so, how can the user confirm this?

The fusion app uses a REST API over HTTPs so all traffic is encrypted in both directions. The only practical way to verify this would be to snoop the traffic on your network where appropriate.
