How do I make a file in my FTP folder available for download?
If you upload (or move if already uploaded) your file to the public_ftp directory, it should be publicly-accessible at:
ftp://ftp.sonic.net/pub/users/USERNAME/ (where USERNAME is the account you uploaded it to)
