Trouble being heard clearly with Fusion Voice?

We switched to Fusion Voice a few months ago and have been experiencing intermittent problems with our clients being able to hear us clearly over the phone.

Sometimes it seems to be a volume loss issue and sometimes things are garbled on their end (although we can hear them just fine). We have experienced this problem on more than one phone set and on more than one Sonic.net phone line.

Is anybody else experiencing this issue? It isn't constant, but it's a recurring issue for us.

We've had our Fusion line since January 2011, and there have only been a few calls where the voice was less than optimal. In each case, the call was to my former employer's VOIP system, which people calling from non-Fusion numbers also encountered problems.

If the other party has difficulty hearing you, we can turn up the gain on your line. Contact support for assistance, this is a quick settings change.
