We switched to Fusion Voice a few months ago and have been experiencing intermittent problems with our clients being able to hear us clearly over the phone.
Sometimes it seems to be a volume loss issue and sometimes things are garbled on their end (although we can hear them just fine). We have experienced this problem on more than one phone set and on more than one Sonic.net phone line.
Is anybody else experiencing this issue? It isn't constant, but it's a recurring issue for us.
