I'm afraid matters have reached the breaking point for me. I'll be moving in a few weeks, to a house that already has Fusion (at my recommendation, no less), but is a bit further away from the CO and only getting about 4.5 Mbps (vs. my blazing 7 on a good day).
DSLx qualifies 18 Mbps VDSL2 at the new address today for $35/month less and double the performance of Sonic X2 service - which is the best you've got. So unless there's some change in your offerings within about 3 weeks, we'll be switching the new place over to a slightly more modern, and much faster and cheaper technology. I get that there are issues with deploying new stuff, etc, etc, but the promises have been going for years now, and I've reached the end of my patience. Sad.
