Eclipse IDE with RSE

Has anyone tried to get the Eclipse IDE running with Sonic? They have a plugin called RSE (Remote System Explorer), but I can't connect to Sonic using it. Or at least, I can't find where I land in the directory. Does anyone have any experience with Eclipse?
