Hi. Starting last evening we have been getting intermittent Internet service in San Francisco (Richmond). It's still not great and it's a little after 8pm. Any idea? I am a Fusion customer.

That would generally be an issue with you loop or equipment. Ring support!

Thanks Dane. It's just weird because I haven't had any problems thus far and we've had it for almost a year now. I will give them a call.

Thanks Dane. That solved it. The tech was very helpful and just brought down the range or whatever it is and it's seems to be working great now.
