Turning on Windows VPN stops abilty to use Desktop Communicator

Just an FYI,
When we switched our VPN from Barracuda to Windows 10 VPN our sales staff, which connect remotely, lost the ability to call out using their Desktop Communicator. They can still receive calls ok.
