Hey guys,
I've been having trouble setting up my router (running Tomato) behind the modem (Pace). When setting the modem to bridged mode, my router is unable to get a DHCP lease. Oddly, the computer behind the router is able to get a lease for a public IP, even when the router is set up to give DHCP leases--as though the upstream server is overriding the router DHCP server.
I've switched out routers to rule out a hardware issue and have tried resetting both routers and the modem. I get the same behavior when using the "LAN Subports" mode as well.
