Pace 4111N Loses DHCP Setting

I'm running my own DHCP server on my Pi-hole, so I turn off the Pace's DHCP server. Unfortunately, about every 1-2 weeks, it mysteriously gets turned back on. Other config options, like using my static WAN IP aren't affected.
I promise I'm not doing it in my sleep!
Is Sonic pushing config changes on a regular basis? Is there anything I can do to keep it turned off?
