SFTP?

Does it support SFTP or FTP with TLS? I hate to send my password over in clear text.

If you have shell services enabled you should be able to use SFTP with the host "shell.sonic.net" instead of "ftp.sonic.net." Basically you may as well just use SCP. Give us a ring in Support and we can enable shell access for you. There's no additional charge but we have to go over some relevant parts of our terms of service with you before we let you loose on our server.

I am using FileZilla, both implicit and explicit TLS didn't work.

Well, looks like the cert is expired (oops) but that shouldn't cause the problem you are seeing:
