Connecting to TeamViewer

I know very little about Internet in general so my son had set up a TeamViewer quick connect to support me on my android device, since switching to Sonic, he can no longer connect. Is there something I need to disable?

I would suggest reinstalling the Teamviewer app. The ports they use to connect are not blocked so a failure to connect could be a number or reasons. A blocked port would be the only thing I could think of that would stop it from working properly.

I might be going in the wrong direction with this. To clarify, is there an issue with the internet or the connection to the android device via Teamviewer?

How is the Teamviewer app different than the quick connect teamviewer? Should still work regardless but will try it.

I am not sure I understand your last question. There is not internet issues as you can browse and get apps.

So no one else is having this issue?

If you are able to connect with the internet fine I would suggest contacting Teamviewers support. It might be something on their end or a config problem that might have happened.
