Yesterday, the Smart\RG was not working to provide DHCP services and wireless. I noticed the power light is red.
I plugged in a TP-Link Archer C8 wireless router I was using before, set it to dynamic IP and it connected seamlessly to the ONT. This now seems to be running as well as the Smart\RG.
I sent a ticket in already.
I was going to keep the Smart\RG to troubleshoot issues for the first month, but now I'm thinking of just sending it back.
Any reason to troubleshoot the RG and have Sonic replace?
