Can someone explain the service options?

The website doesn't seem to have *any* explanation of what you're signing up for, just some automated form that gathers your info and acts as if you're about to sign a contract (blindly at that).

Assuming you're looking at the "Home" Internet+Phone page, the links right under the main banner provide a lot of background and detail. The links are labelled "Overview," "Broadband," "Phone," "Equipment & Install," and "FAQ."

Oh. *facepalm*

Ok, next question that I promise isn't covered by the website, are there plans to move to IPv6 anytime "soon"?

IPv6 Tunnels are available now (and have been since 2003.) We may have v6 through 6rd within a year for fusion/dsl users provided they have support for it in their CPE.
