Sonic.net

Hello,

Is there a directory or industry association website where I could find a ISP & local phone provider like Sonic.net in the Chicago Suburbs? I have been looking on-line to no avail.

As an aside, I only found out about sonic because I received a post card in the mail. I had been looking for an alternative to at&t here in the bay area and sonic didn't come up in my searches (Sage telecom & Cox did).

You won't find anything else quite like Sonic.net, with the fast uncapped data and unlimited phone offering, as far as I am aware.

But, for independent ISPs around the US, check for members of http://www.fispa.org/ - but looking at the site now, the member list appears to be behind a members-only login wall! I will write to them and ask about that now.
