Landlord wants Sonic removed - how to bring it back?

Having quite a bit of discussion with our landlord - they want Sonic removed. Sonic reached out to them and long story short even though fiber was installed legally, Sonic will remove it.
Landlord says we can bring Sonic back if it comes underground and wiring diagram to be authorized is provided.
Anyone has experience with doing this? I think the bunch of happy Sonic users in our building will be even willing to participate in costs of having that done...
