When the DSL goes in and out, do you get an error saying something caused Internet Explorer to quit and the webpage goes down and come back up? I keep getting this error all the time.

That sounds more like an IE problem, or a problem with thew Web site itself. DSL going out would typically just cause a site to not appear. Try using the Firefox browser instead (in fact, I recommend it for all of your Internet use!) and see what happens.

Corrupted add-ons or plugins can cause this error too. You can try starting up IE in safe mode (not the computer's safe mode) and see if that works. If it does, then you will just have to find what plugin or add-on is causing the problem.
