Is it possible to prioritize traffic ("QoS") with the Pace 5268AC ?

I've got a camera that produces intermittent RTSP streams, and they don't work so well.
Is there a method or hack within the Pace 5268AC to enable priority for those video streams?

In this case I don't care about all video streams, just the one.
