Fiber for 4100 block of 24th St in Noe Valley, SF

Hi Sonic crew,
I'd love to get gigabit fiber on the 4100 block of 24th St. in Noe Valley in San Francisco. I've seen trucks install fiber on most blocks around me, but for some reason not on my block.
I've checked addresses all around me and found that fiber is available on the following blocks:
- 4100 block of Elizabeth Street (one block to the north)
- 4100 block of Jersey Street (one block to the south)
- 4000 block of 24th Street (one block to the east)
- 4200 block of 24th Street (one block to the west)
For some reason, when I try to check whether house numbers on the 4100 block of 24th Street have gigabit fiber available, the site always takes a very long time and then in the end just gives a list of DSL options that are not competitive with my current cable setup.
I've not seen trucks install fiber on my block; I'm quite curious what's different about this block and whether we'll get fiber access at some point soon.
