Self Install

Can I still self install or had to pay someone to do it?

On the service you've ordered (FTTN) there is no self install however there is no charge for the installation. Once we've gotten far enough along in the provisioning process we'll notify you the day and time of your installation - if that day / time doesn't work for you please reach out to Sonic Support and they can reschedule your installation to a day and time that works best for you.
