Hi, I'm on the 200 block of Duncan in Noe Valley and have been desperately waiting for that precious little cable drop to my house. I see on https://thatdan.github.io/sonic_fiber/ that my street and block have had a blue line for months now. Can you give me any info as to why I haven't received a door hanger yet or why there is no fiber deployed here yet? I'm desperate. I'll help in any way I can!

"Our engineering data says that all of the utility poles on that block are currently overloaded, so we are not permitted to build there. Sorry! Hopefully PG&E will reinforce or replace those poles soon!"
