Robo spam/scam calls

I am being attacked by robocalls all beginning with (510) 665.
Is there anything you can do about this?

I guess not. I couldn't stand it anymore so I answered and said NO when it asked whether I was looking for health insurance. That stopped the calls. Kind of wish I had said yes so I could see if I could find out who is behind this.
