I have a person that has been trying to send me a fax for the past two days. The history registers that they are calling but there are 0 pages received. The fax seems to work the other times for this same sender but for some reason, it is not going through this week. I also tested my fax line from a different fax machine outside and I have received it in my inbox. Sender is getting a bit anxious and not sure what I can do from my end.

That indicates that their our fax systems aren't happy talking to each other. Can you find out what kind of fax machine they have and what their voice provider is or what fax service they use? I can't promise a fix, but without that information I can't do much. Meanwhile, they should try sending from a different machine if possible.
