Moving and switching service.

Really surprised and unhappy at the moment. I'm moving and called to switch my service over to the new location. Up until now everything has been great. I was even okay with the fact that the new location would not have fiber (all the surrounding blocks do, but I get that there are logistics challenges). But a TWO WEEK turn around time? Or a $150 contract fee? For a service that I can get through AT&T directly for half the price?

I didn't want to have to switch away from you guys, but there really isn't any resolution to this that seems mutually beneficial.

I believe there was a mistake in communication on our part with this one. I have someone reaching out to clarify.
