Hi, I use MacMail on a desktop iMac. Recently I have noticed that e-mails are missing. I only realized it when I logged onto my Webmail on the sonic site, and saw several e-mails in my inbox that had not made it to my desktop Imac's inbox. Stranger still, occasionally I see one on my iPhone, yet when I check later the e-mail has disappeared from ALL devices. I have not changed any settings on any devices. Unfortunately it seems to be important business messages that are going MIA. Any ideas?

When you have a message disappear from all devices - is it still available in Webmail? If everything is working alright in Webmail then we should focus on the e-mail clients you are using. I know that Mac Mail can start having problems after the inbox reaches a certain size. Do you have a chunk of e-mails we can delete or archive to lower the amount of e-mails Mac Mail is working with?
