currently has the Fusion Broadband service. wanted to switch to the fiber service. Can I requested online under my account?

If Fiber is available in your area, you can do this by visiting
https://members.sonic.net, and select "Internet Connections" then "Upgrade or Downgrade Services".

Thank you for the information. Can I use my fusion modem (my own not rent) for the fiber service? Or I need to rent a new modem?

We wouldn't be able to determine that. When we install, we will provide a router, then if you get yours working you could request an RMA and return it.
